Full Presence Mindfulness

Experience is More Than We Think

Vision

Full Presence Mindfulness (FPM) offers a unified vision of who we are and how we can bring about meaningful change. Grounded in the present moment, it opens every dimension of the field of experience—our sensations, emotions and thoughts . . . our ways of connecting . . . our values and intentions . . . the systems that shape society and set limits. When we let go of the rigid view that puts the self at the center of experience, we awaken into a world that is rich and alive. We know without effort how to act on our highest values to change what needs changing.

Interested in connecting with a growing mindfulness community? Join us in this six week mindfulness course led by our current teachers in training. A principal effort at the Mangalam Center is in training students to become Full Presence Mindfulness (FPM) teachers. Students who have been practicing FPM at Mangalam over the last year are now stepping into the role of becoming teachers and teaching this class is a part of the training.

In this course we will go over the first of three parts of the FPM vision. The first part focuses on the grounding practices using the breath, hearing and seeing practices, all the while working with the self not being at the center of experience. We would love for you to join us for 6 weeks of awakening a new vision.
